Zeny, played by Gina Alajar, hesitated in bringing to the hospital a woman victim of a vehicular accident because at that precise moment, she was thinking of her own daughter, Lira, who needed urgently a heart donor! And the vehicular accident victim was like heaven-sent to Zeny!
Moments passed, and Gina finally brought the accident victim to a hospital where she subsequently died!
